PuʻUhonua O HŌNaunau National Historical Park

Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park charges an entrance fee. You may purchase a 7-day pass or annual pass valid at only Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau by selecting from the choices below. If you are visiting other federal recreation areas consider purchasing an Interagency Pass (Annual, Senior, Access, Military, etc.) when you arrive at the park. If you already hold one of the accepted entrance passes you do not need to purchase any of the passes listed below.

You are purchasing a digital site pass that is valid only for weekly or annual entrance fees at Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park.

Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park requires all visitors to pay an entrance fee except children under 16 years of age.

The pass admits the passholder and up to 14 passengers in a single, private (non-commercial) vehicle.

Please be prepared to show your site pass on your mobile device (or printed on paper).

Entrance passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will be void if altered or reproduced.

Do you already own a pass? Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park honors the Interagency annual and lifetime passes that are valid at multiple national park and federal sites. If you own one of these passes you do NOT need to purchase a digital site pass.

This is an entrance fee, not a parking fee. Parking is not guaranteed. The parking lot can fill to capacity on any given day. Visitors are encouraged to arrive between 8:30 am and 10:30 am or after 2:30 pm. Refunds will not be offered.

Areas of Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau sometimes experiences connectivity issues. Please download this pass to your mobile device or print a hard copy before arriving at the park.
