In lieu of the daily vehicle fee, a Corps of Engineers Annual Day Use pass can be purchased. The Corps Annual Pass plastic hangtag is honored at all similar day use facilities nationwide at any Corps lake charging a day use fee. Obey River Park is one authorized location on Dale Hollow Lake to issue online purchases of the Corps Annual Day Use Activity Pass and single day use launch pass. Obey River Park is located approximately 3 miles south of Byrdstown, Tennessee off TN Hwy 111. Digital online passes may also be exhchanged via postal mail. Print out or download the single day pass on your mobile device in advance of your visit. Connectivity may be limited, and the pass must always be available to show when visiting Obey River Park.
When attendant is not present, a printed copy of this pass is required for your vehicle. Fold the printed pass on the dotted line and display it on the dashboard, with the QR code visible, at all times during your visit.
This pass does not guarantee parking availability. Parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.
For your safety, ensure that all vehicles and valuables are locked and secured.

Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
Day Use restroom at Obey River Day Use by the launch ramp will be open year round weather dependent. Day Use Office hours vary.
