Fishermen'S Bend Recreation Area
The Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site is open year-round and offers boating, fishing, picnicking, and trail opportunities for the public. Day Passes allow access to stroll on trails, use individual picnic sites, toilet, boat launch and access the North Santiam River overlook. Day use is available on a first-come, first served basis.
Advance purchase is recommended. This will allow you to pre-pay using a credit or debit card online.
If purchasing on-site, you can pay the fee by scanning the QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app. Download and sign into the free Recreation.gov mobile app on Android or iOS devices. It is best to download prior to your arrival as cellular services is not guaranteed at the site: https://www.recreation.gov/mobile-app
A group shelter is available by reservation through the Fishermen's Bend Campground page. Visitors coming to use the group shelter will also need to purchase a day pass or have an annual pass displayed.
Commercial vehicles must obtain a special recreation permit. Contact blm_or_SRP@blm.gov for more information.

All visitors are required to display a printed copy of their Day Use pass, with QR code visible, on the dashboard of their vehicle for the duration of their stay.
If purchasing onsite, please have the Recreation.gov mobile app downloaded prior to arrival. Once purchased please write down the confirmation number on provided envelope and post on vehicle dashboard.
Posession of a pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.
America the Beautiful Passes: Senior, Access, Military, Gold Star, Veteran, and Golden Age Senior/Access area accepted at this site. These passes cover fees for the passholder's vehicle; no additional fees are necessary. Display the required pass and pass number on the vehicle's dash.
Passes are non-transferrable between operators, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
