Birch Cove boat ramp is located on the south side of Birch Lake, which is part of the Birch Creek river system. The boat ramp is approximately 5 miles south of Barnsdall, Oklahoma, and roughly 65 miles northwest of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Visitors of the lake can experience beautiful campgrounds, sandy beaches, hiking trails, scenic picnic areas, and a variety of recreational opportunities. This includes kayaking, paddle-boarding, boating, fishing, and even hunting as long as the rules and regulations are followed.
If you are purchasing a USACE Annual Pass, you are required to come by the Skiatook Lake Office within 14 days, show your confirmation of the order, and collect the physical hangtag and pass.
All visitors utilizing the boat ramp (unless camping) must possess a valid day use pass.
If purchasing your pass on-site, no printed copy will be available. Instead your license plate number will be used to confirm compliance.
If purchasing a pass in advance, a printed copy of your pass is recommended for your vehicle.
These passes do not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined or towed.
This pass is valid until 11:59 PM of the date listed on the pass, and only for the vehicle specified for this pass.
Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
