Positioned nicely near Coast Guard Beach and Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro, this home is a recently renovated two-bedroom, a one-bathroom unit (sleeps four) that is part of a three-unit triplex. Coast Guard Beach (consistently rated as a top family beach) is a quick five minute walk from the property which also offers direct access to several beautiful bike/walking trails! This well-equipped home will make your stay at Cape Cod National Seashore fun and memorable!

- Access to an outdoor storage shed (for bicycles, kayaks, fishing gear, etc.)
Things to Know Before You Go:
- There is no outdoor shower at this location.
- Each unit is allowed two parking spaces ONLY. This is strictly enforced.
- Towels and sheets are not provided. Guests should plan to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheets.
- There are no cable or internet services provided to this unit.
- Guests must provide their own USB to connect the television to their computer/smart devise.
- Cell phone reception can be very weak at this location. A land line is available to guests for local and emergency calls only.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. This includes the interior of the property and the grounds.
- Pets are strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
- 5 gallon water jugs are provided in each unit for consumption. The tap water is safe for cooking, bathing, and cleaning but
should not be used as a drinking water source.
- There is NO dishwasher in the unit.
- Ticks and mosquitos are a natural part of the environment at the seashore. Please plan accordingly.
By making this reservation, you agree to complete the reservation process, as outlined below:
Step 1: Please visit Rec.Gov to review our properties and dates of availability. Please note: there is a 5-night minimum stay for peak and non-peak reservations!
Step 2: Once you have identified the property and dates you are interested in booking, you will be able to book your reservation!
Step 3: IMPORTANT: Once you have booked your reservation, we will email you the leasing template to complete, sign, and send back to us at the following email address: Caco_leasing@nps.gov.
PLEASE NOTE: The leasing agreement must be completed in full and submitted to caco_leasing@nps.gov. This action finalizes your booking! Please complete/return the leasing agreement within five business days of booking.
If you do not submit the completed leasing agreement, your reservation will be released.
Check-in is 5:00 PM.
Check out is at 11:00 AM.
There is a mandatory 5-night minimum stay for all reservations during peak and non-peak seasons.
The Person named on the reservation (Lessee) must be an occupant of the property during the entire term of the lease.
Digging on the premises is prohibited.
Open fires on the premises are prohibited.
Tents or any type of temporary structures on the premises are prohibited.
The maximum capacity for tenancy for the leased premises is four.
No window air conditioning units shall be installed.
No Pets.
No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property grounds.
Lessee will be responsible for furnishing sheets, towels, and other personal items.
Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately and repairs will be made as soon as possible. Refunds will not be given due to a breakdown.
Parking is limited to the designated area. Lessee must ensure that no vehicles are parked on the road or outside of the designated area.
Check out procedures - Lessee shall broom sweep all floors, empty all trash, clean all used dishes, leave keys and remove any personal belongings by 11 AM on the termination date of the lease. Keys will be returned to the key box on the side of the house, near the door. Vehicles are to be removed from the premises after the termination of the lease, and access to the property is unauthorized after check-out without the express permission of the Leasing Manager or their designee. Violation of this policy can result in ineligibility for future rentals at Cape Cod National Seashore and ticketing and/or removal of vehicles from the premises.
Quiet hours are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During quiet hours Lessee shall not cause any unnecessarily loud, excessive, or unusual noise, where such noise is plainly audible at a distance of one hundred and fifty (150) feet from the building.
Beach entrance or permit fees are not included and must be paid separately upon arrival at the beach.
The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the nightly rent plus a $250.00 refundable security deposit. In the event of the failure of Lessee to keep and perform all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Lease, Lessor may apply or use any portion of the security deposit that is reasonably necessary to compensate Lessor for all loss or damage sustained or suffered by Lessor.
Violations of any of these conditions will result in the immediate termination of this lease and forfeiture of all fees paid.
