Sardis Lake stretches over 98,000 acres of land and water through Panola, Lafayette and Marshall counties in beautiful Northwest Mississippi. Paradise Point is one of the most popular spots at Sardis Lake for picnicking or taking a swim in the beautiful Lower Lake.
Paradise Point has two group picnic shelters available for reservation. There are 28 individual picnic sites, a basketball court, volleyball court, playground and swim beach in the area.
Paradise Point is open April - October each year.
Amplified Music and Bouncy Houses are not permitted without prior approval from Sardis Lake Field Office
Beginning August 11, 2024, Sardis will begin drawing down water in the Lower Lake to perform maintenance on the outlet channel. During this time swimming areas will be closed and boating traffic on the Lower Lake will be limited to fishing only. If you have any questions, please contact the Sardis Lake Field Office at 662-563-4531.
Paradise Point is situated along the shoreline of the 400-acre "Lower Lake" below Sardis Dam. The area provide great views of the lake.
Paradise Point has a lot to offer visitors. The area has lots of picnic spots available, a large swim beach, a basketball court and a volleyball court. There is also a playground for our younger visitors.
