Beds include: two queen beds and four twin beds.
Pillows, blankets, and fans are provided. Bed sheets and towels are not provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, eating utensils, and plates.
There is a large deck, with a BBQ grill and picnic table, with views of the Great South Bay and Atlantic Ocean.
Pets are not allowed.
By making this reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions for the lease of real property within the boundaries of Fire Island National Seashore. The Lease is subject to the following special conditions:
-The Person named on the reservation (Lessee) must be an occupant of the property during the entire term of the lease.
-Check-in procedures: The Lessee may access the house via a key in the lockbox at the second floor west access. Passcode for the lockbox will be shared via email with the lease agreement. Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later on the date of arrival.
-No pets.
-No smoking.
-Digging on the premises is prohibited.
-Open fires on the premises are prohibited.
-Tents or any type of temporary structures on the premises is prohibited.
-Maximum capacity for tenancy for the leased premises is 8 people.
-No window air conditioning units shall be installed.
-Lessee will be responsible for furnishing linens, towels and other personal items.
-Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately and repairs will be made as soon as possible. Refunds will not be given due to a breakdown.
-Check-out procedures: Lessee shall broom sweep all floors, empty all trash, clean all used dishes, leave keys, and remove any personal belongings by 12:00 PM on the termination date of the lease. Keys will be returned to the key lockbox on the side of the house, near the door.
-Quiet hours are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During quiet hours Lessee shall not cause any unnecessarily loud, excessive or unusual noise, where such noise is plainly audible at a distance of one hundred and fifty (150) feet from the building.
-The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the nightly rent plus a $250.00 refundable security deposit. In the event of the failure of Lessee to keep and perform all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Lease, Lessor may apply or use any portion of the security deposit that is reasonably necessary to compensate Lessor for all loss or damage sustained or suffered by Lessor.
-Violations of any of these conditions will result in the immediate termination of this lease and forfeiture of all fees paid.

The Watch Hill Visitor Center is open seasonally. Phone: 631-597-6455. Stop in at this National Park Service visitor center to learn more about Fire Island, upcoming ranger-led programs like the free, guided canoe tour of the Watch Hill salt marsh, and to check in for wilderness/backcountry camping. Backcountry camping is available by reservation only.
Concession managed services at Watch Hill are open seasonally and include Watch Hill Marina, a food truck, a general store and a family campground. Watch Hill Family Campground reservations are not available on Recreation.gov.
Wilderness/Backcountry camping is available in the Otis Pike Fire Island High Dune Wilderness on the eastern end of Fire Island and is accessible via Davis Park and Watch Hill. Access from Davis Park requires an additional one-mile hike. Reservations are required and available through Recreation.gov.
From May to mid-October, the Watch Hill area offers a visitor center, family campground, ranger-led interpretive programs (including guided canoe trips), a 175-slip transient marina with water, electric, and pump-out station, a small convenience store, snack bar, self-guiding nature trail, picnic area, lifeguarded beach (summer only), restrooms, and bathhouse.

By Car:
From the Long Island Expressway (LIE or I-495), take Exit 61 S onto County Road 19 (Patchogue-Holbrook Road).
From Sunrise Highway (Route 27), take Exit 52 South onto County Road 19 (Patchogue-Holbrook Road/Waverly Avenue).
About 1 mile from Rt. 27, bear left. Cross Main Street, go over the railroad tracks, and cross Division Street. Pass the bowling alley. Ferry terminal parking lot is on your right.
By Train:
Take the LIRR to Patchogue Station.
