SITE REQUIRES LEVELING
When using Valley of Fires water hydrants:
Lift handle of blue hydrants (lower for brown ADA hydrant heads).
Water will start flowing straight down towards the ground through brass diverter.
Grasp brass diverter and gently pull down until it "clicks" and water starts coming out of the hydrant nozzle.
