All motor vehicles, including trailers, motorcycles, and bicycles, must be parked on the paved parking lot, and must not extend into the roadway. While this group site has a pull-through driveway, the majority of the parking is in a row of 7 smaller spaces.
Tent Pads: There are 7 tent pads in this group site. Placing tents or sleeping pads outside of the designated tent pads is prohibited due to the sensitivity of the surrounding soil and vegetation. Plan accordingly to use the proper tent size in order to accommodate all members of your party.
Camping equipment—including tents, chairs, tables, etc.—are prohibited on vegetation and biological soil crust.
Wood-gathering is PROHIBITED. Fires are allowed only in the fire rings provided, and they must be completely extinguished anytime you leave the campsite.
Help protect the forest! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by using firewood from this region (Moab/Monticello area). Wood-gathering may be allowed in Manti-La Sal National Forest. Check with the Forest Service to inquire about permits.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
Generators may be operated only 8 am–10 am and 4 pm–8 pm.
Check out time is 10 am.
There are no hook-ups or dump stations in The Needles district.
Dispose of dishwater in a vault toilet, or strain out food scraps and pour dishwater into the camper sinks outside of the restrooms in the main campground.
Hammocks, clotheslines, slack lines, and all other forms of tension lines are prohibited on trees and other vegatation.
Pets must be leashed at all times, kept off the vegetation and biological soil crust, and may not be left unattended.
You may book group campsites up to six months in advance for dates within the peak season.
Maximum stay is seven sequential nights/fourteen nights a year.
