Conditions: This trail is 26 total miles in length and ranges from open granite outcroppings to areas of dense vegetation. It is recommended to have good wayfinding skills and to use an app such as AllTrails to ensure you stay on track while hiking this trail. When camping, it is recommended to hike in from the nearest trailhead to your campsite.
Bear safety: Bring rope to hang oderous items 10' up and 4' out in a treee, or bring a certified bear-proof canister.
This is a Primitive Campsite located on the mainland - not accessible by boat.
Nearest tralhead: 3.2 mile hike from the Kab Ash Trailhead located along Ash River Trail Road (County Rd 129).
Amenities: Offers a fire ring and cleared area for pitching tents.
