- Smith Springs Picnic Shelter has a carrying capacity of 12 vehicles and 50 people. Larger groups can not reserve or use this shelter. Alcohol is prohibited at the recreation area. Due to safety concerns, site impacts, and conflicts with other park users, public address systems, dunking booths, pony rides, inflatables, and other amusements are prohibited. Please remember to clean up the shelter before you leave.
