Need to Know
- Due to current Recreation.gov system limitations, this site is listed as a group site, however the maximum group size is 6 and it does not resemble a group site but rather a very small site.
This campsite is close to the lake, is a level walk from the landing to the site, only recommended for one tent, and does not get much of a breeze. There is not a lot of privacy from other site. This site has easy access to the hiking trail. The landing is somewhat muddy, and the lake is very shallow here. The landing for the site has trees right up to the shoreline, and swimming is possible at the landing.
