Need to Know
- Due to current Recreation.gov system limitations, this site is listed as a group site, however the maximum group size is 6 and it does not resemble a group site but rather a very small site.
Site is secluded and is up on a steep hill. This site is good for sunsets and sunrises, as well as south and westerly breezes. There is room for multiple tents at the site. This is the only site on Whitefish Lake that is suitable for hiking in, as it is quite close to the portage trail. The landing is rather steep and has large rocks. Perch 1 and Perch 2 have separate landings. Swimming is good from landing.
