- Due to current Recreation.gov system limitations, this site is listed as a group site, however the maximum group size is 6 and it does not resemble a group site but rather a very small site.
The site is located up on a very steep hill, be prepared for a climb to access this site. The site has good access to hiking trails, and can see the sunset. The site does not get much breeze, unless it is from the north or northwest. This site is flat, and suitable for multiple tents. The landing can be muddy and is in a shallow bay. Better swimming is nearby at Mountain Lake. Fox 1 and Fox 2 share the same landing.
