Need to Know

  • Due to current Recreation.gov system limitations, this site is listed as a group site, however the maximum group size is 6 and it does not resemble a group site but rather a very small site.

  • This site is located up on a steep hill. This is an excellent site for sunsets and swimming. The site is close to Mallard 2, with a direct view to Mallard 2, and is roomy enough for multiple tents. The landing is level, sandy beach, and receives afternoon and evening sun. Mallard 1 and Mallard 2 have separate landings.
