Need to Know
Site subject to access restrictions during high water season (April - July). Limited access may apply.
Be campfire safe. Do not leave a fire unattended. The fire must be completely cold / put out upon departure.
This site has limited shade in the morning. Sun in the afternoon. There is no shade cover over the table area.
Campsite and campground are subject to closure, from late April through July, as the lake rises.
During high water campsite is backpack in only, no vehicles. Walk in down emergency access road near picnic area. Do not go down the hill from the parking area, too steep and dangerous.
Parking is on Hwy 198, not at picnic area or in intersection.
Dogs must be on a 6 foot leash. Please clean up after your pet/s.
All tents will equal up to eight persons maximum. Two four person tents, or one family eight person tent, or 4 small two person tents depending on campsite size.
Hammocks will need to use a frame. There is no tying of items to trees or structures.
