Need to Know
- There is no picnic shelter on site.
- There is no permanent restroom at this site. Site shares restroom with areas C-1, C-2 and Area E. Other restrooms available a short walk to Area B.
- No electricity or drinking water. Must bring water.
Amplified sound is not allowed
Tying decorations to trees and vegetation is prohibited, but may use picnic tables
- No commercial logos promoting vendors may be present at Fort Hunt picnics.
- Be sure to read the rules and regulations in Need to Know section.
- Area can be wet after periods of heavy rain.
- Area C-3 has a maximum capacity of 100 people. It has 40 parking spaces. It also has a gravel loading zone shared with C-2 and C-1 (vehicles must be parked in parking lot after loading); and approximately 13 picnic tables.
- Area does not have a pavilion.
- No electricity or water
- Bring your own grill for cooking
- Site is open air site with several tall trees with about 50% shade.
- Please recycle, and remember no food items go in recycle containers.
