Need to Know
Requires 6 mi travel by water (4 mi if using Long Slu Portage) to Cruiser Lake Trailhead, followed by 3.5 mi hike (or 1.7 mi hike from nearest trailhead in Eks Bay)

Please note: accessing the canoes on Shoepack and Little Shoepack will require a combination code to unlock, which is provided in your reservation details and on your printed permit. There is an 18' canoe stationed on both lakes. The Little Shoepack canoe can be used to get to the Little Shoepack campsite, or to get to the portage on the west end that leads to the Shoepack canoe.
