Drinking water: There is a creek about 50 yards from the cabin. Boil or filter all drinking water.
Heating: Nordic 250 oil drip stove; fuel consumption .08 - .26 gallons/hour. Fuel type: kerosene, heating oil, or automotive diesel. Do not attempt to use gasoline or white gas.

Fishing: Dolly Varden, rainbow trout, sockeye salmon
Hunting: bear, deer, mountain goat
Recreation: bear viewing, hiking (off trail), photography, boating.
Tips: bring waders and bear deterrant and explore the salmon stream to the North of the cabin. Bring an inflatable boat and explore Frazer Lake.
Primitive Conditions: no electricity, plumbing, or cookstove. Outdoor pit toilet only.
Access by float plane only. Cabin is 66 air miles from City of Kodiak (approximately 45 minute flight).
This cabin is located on a freshwater lake. Because of the possibility of freeze-up, use of the cabin November 1 to March 31 is strongly discouraged.
