Drinking Water: fresh water flows in a small creek just west of the cabin.
Heating: Nordic 250 oil drip stove; fuel consumption .08 - .26 gallons/hour. Fuel type: kerosene, heating oil, or automotive diesel. Do not attempt to use gasoline or white gas.

Hunting: Bear, deer, waterfowl.
Fishing: generally poor. Pink salmon and dolly varden can be caught from beaches in July and August.
Recreation: wildlife viewing, photography.
Primitive Conditions: no electricity, plumbing, or cookstove. Outdoor pit toilet only.
Access by float plane or boat only. Cabin is 28 air miles from City of Kodiak (approximately 15 minute flight).
