Need to Know

• Day use area gates open and close with the gatehouse hours. All day use facilities and activities CLOSE at posted hours.
  
  Check-out time for the lodge is the posted times, this varies by the time of year. Call the gatehouse for closing time information before you make your reservations.
  Lodge and Group Picnic Pavilion events must be over, facilities cleaned, and guests ready to leave at posted park hours. If having deliveries, check Park Hours before scheduling. Approval provided by the Recreation Manager, call 479-442-3527.
  
  No smoking or tobacco in the lodge, bath house, toilets and other forest service buildings.
  
  No Bounce Houses, Large Inflatable Structures.
  
  NO Water Structures, Dunk Tanks, Slip In Slides, etc.

  For return of cleaning deposit: Park chairs returned neatly to the closet.

   Tables and counters wiped off... Floor swept... All decoration removed including whatever held them up ( ex. Tape, Thumb tack)... All trash bagged and put on kitchen patio... Any flower pedals (Real or artifical) must be picked up

•  Lodge Cleaning Deposit: A $250.00 cleaning deposit must be paid to the park prior to your event. Cash, check, or money orders are accepted. Cleaning fees will be assessed at the Park's discretion on the following criteria: chairs returned neatly to the closet, tables and counters cleaned, floor swept, decorations removed (including tape, tacks, etc.), trash bagged and put on kitchen patio, Flower pedals picked up.
  For Lodge Reservations: You must provide trash bags. Bags may be purchased at $1.00 per bag. Failure to use bags will result in loss of cleaning deposit. Failure to check out with the gatehouse and do a walk through upon departure will forfeit your cleaning deposit.

• No Pets allowed in the Lodge except qualified service animals.
• Wooden Furniture can not be used outside or set outside
• For reservations made after March 5, 2015
  - Pavilion Guest must pay the $5.00 Vehicle Day Use Fee.
  - Lodge guest must pay the $5.00 Vehicle Fee, the exception is wedding guest.
  
  Any Wedding Reservation made after May 20th will require payment of the $5.00 Vehicle Fee. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR WEDDINGS
