  protect the endangered Laguna Skipper Butterfly. If you have reserved
  this site in the past, this fence may affect the way you traditionally
  recreated in this site . To protect the Laguna Skipper, campers can not
  enter the area behind this fence. Your cooperation is essential in order
  to keep these campsites open.
