YOU MUST HAVE 10 OR MORE OCCUPANTS TO CHECK IN. ACCESS IS DENIED FOR FEWER THAN 10 OCCUPANTS.
Camping Equipment Limit: Soft-side on-the-ground tents only. Generators, Pop-up campers, Trailers, Pickup campers, RVs or Caravans are not allowed. TENT ONLY.
There are picnic tables, bathrooms with flush toilets, heated showers, and a large fire circle. Persons camping in the group area are limited to the facilities (showers and restrooms) in the group area and may not use the facilities in the other campgrounds.
Parking is limited to 12 vehicles; carpooling is recommended.
Campground Rules and Regulations: It is your responsibility to abide by all posted campground rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these items may result in a fine or cancelation.
In addition to the camping fee, there is a required park entrance fee of $15 per person, $20 per Motorcycle or $25 per vehicle, valid for 7 days. If you already have an Interagency Pass (e.g.: Senior Pass, Annual Pass), please have that ready to show when checking in. If you need to purchase an entrance pass or Interagency Pass, you can do so at the entrance station upon arrival to the National Seashore, or office when checking in to your campsite.
All reservations are required to check-in from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Campground Registration office with no fewer than 10 occupants, located approximately five miles beyond the entrance to the park. Special arrangements must be made to check in outside of these times.
