- Check in time is 08:00 a.m. Check-Out Time is a 1/2 hour before the park closes: - Third Saturday in May - July 15, 2019: Park closes at 8:00 p.m.; Shelter/Pavilion user reservation ends at 7:30 p.m. - July 16-August 13, 2019: Park closes at 7:30 p.m.; Shelter/Pavilion user reservation ends at 7:00 p.m.- August 14-Labor Day: Park closes at 7:00 p.m.; Shelter/Pavilion user reservation ends at 6:30 p.m.
- If reservation of a picnic shelter is part of an event, reservees must contact the project via email, with POC and event information, before the event is allowed. Shelter Reservations do not carry with them any permissions for events. Special Permit conditions apply to events and groups over 100 people. Conditions are variable and depend on what the event organizer requests and what site conditions are and what the Project Manager will allow. Project Manager Keith W.
