- Recreation: Colorado Creek Cabin offers visitors rustic wilderness lodging and winter recreation. The cabin remains popular today for its location, attractive scenery, and allows for relaxing experiences within the White Mountains National Recreation Area. This is a primitive cabin with no running water, no electricity, and no cell phone coverage. Mainly a winter use cabin and a winter use trail, access is extremely muddy and difficult to travel with an ATV in the summer months.
