Chesapeake & Ohio Canal National Historical Park

This pass provides access to the Great Falls area of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park and Great Falls Park in Virginia. A pass is not needed to enter other areas of the park. The Great Falls area also accepts payment during Operating Hours and honors valid Interagency Passes (Annual, Senior, Access, Military, etc.). For more information, visit our Fees & Passes page.

This pass is only valid for entrance fees at Great Falls Park. All other areas of the Chesapeake and Ohio National HIstorical Park are free.

Do NOT purchase a digital site pass now if you:

• Have a valid America the Beautiful-the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands annual or lifetime (interagency) pass (e.g., Senior, 4th Grade, Military, etc.), OR
• You are planning to get an annual or lifetime pass when you arrive (review options in the link above).  

All visitors 16 years of age and older are required to pay an entrance fee at Great Falls Park. Please be prepared to show your physical pass or digital pass on your mobile device. Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
