Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument also accepts payment in person during Operating Hours and honors valid Interagency Passes (Annual, Senior, Access, Military, etc.). For more informationvisit the monument's Fees & Passes web page. 

Do NOT purchase a digital site pass now if you:

• Have a valid America the Beautiful-the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands annual or lifetime (interagency) pass (also known as an interagency pass, e.g., Senior, 4th Grade, Military, etc.), OR
• Are planning to get an annual or lifetime pass when you arrive (review options in the link above).*

*The park may issue passes to qualifying individuals upon arrival at the visitor center during operating hours. Qualifying individuals may include current active-duty US military service members and their dependants (with valid ID), US military veterans (with valid ID), Gold Star Family members (with voucher), US citizens with a permanent disability, US citizens age 62+ or current 4th graders.

This pass is only valid for entrance fees at Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. 

All visitors 16 years of age and older are required to pay an entrance fee at Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. Please be prepared to show your physical pass or digital pass on your mobile device. Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.

Pets are NOT allowed anywhere in the park or in the visitor center. There is a pet exercise area located adjacent to the visitor center parking lot, pets must be leashed.

Inclement weather may cause park closures or delayed openings.
