Provides access for one individual to tour both the Dwelling and Grotto areas of the heritage site. Informed docents on site to help visitors understand the site and its history.

Tours include 60 uneven fairly strenuous steps, please be aware of personal limitations.
Visitors should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their ticket time and must check in prior to the time on their ticket. If late, site staff has discretion to limit/deny tour access.
Please have a printed or digital copy of your timed entry reservation available to be viewed at the Visitor Center. Print or download your reservation to your phone prior to leaving a nearby town with cell service. There is limited cell phone service at the site. All reservation holders be prepared to show photo ID.
The roads to Palatki are rough gravel roads. Passable for passenger cars, drivers need to go slowly and carefully. Plan on extra time; leave at least an hour to an hour and a half PRIOR to reservation time. After rain and snow, Palatki Heritage Site may be closed, signs indicating the closed status will normally be posted at key access points.
