- Reservations
- Advance reservations are available ONLY for groups of 10 or more people.
- Public tours are offered throughout the day on a first come, first served basis. Please see the times listed below.
- Visitation Guidelines
- Should unexpected high visitation occur, guided tours will switch to self-guided tours.
- No reservations accepted November – April.
- Reservation times are offered in addition to public tour times.
- Tour guides & bus drivers must be counted in the group in order to enter.
- Every person requires a ticket.
- Tour times are subject to change.
- Maximum of 50 people per group.
- If you arrive late, your tour is forfeited.
- Refunds are not available.
- High Season
May - October
Val-Kill will be open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guided tours are offered at 9:30 AM and continue throughout the day with the last tour at 4:00 PM.
- Low Season
November - April
Guided tours are offered at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM Thursday through Monday. The Val-Kill visitor center opens at 12:30 PM. Val-Kill is Closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Weather closures are not uncommon, please check park facebook pages and websites for up to date information.

Changes and Cancellations
See facility rates for fees. Grounds and gardens are free and open every day from sunrise to sunset. Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour.
