A reservation will be required to drive into or through Yosemite National Park on February 8-9, 15-17, 22-23, 2025
Reservations are valid for seven consecutive days.
Entry fees apply even with a day use reservation. Entry fees will be collected at the park entrance station.
Update November 19, 2024: Although the primary release of tickets for Horsetail Fall Ticketed Entry have sold out, there are still opportunities to secure a reservation!
-- Set an Availability Alert to receive an update if someone cancels a reservation from the primary release, or
-- Return to this webpage for Yosemite’s secondary release of tickets which will be made available for reservation at 8am Pacific Time, 2 days prior to your desired arrival date
Visitors are allowed up to 1 private vehicle or 1 motorcycle reservations per account every seven days. Reservations are valid for seven consecutive days for one vehicle or motorcycle. You are not required to obtain a reservation every day you visit. Reservation holder must be in the vehicle or on the motorcycle at the time of entry and prepared to show photo ID.
Please have a printed or digital copy of your reservation available to be scanned at the park entrance station upon arrival.
An entrance fee is required to enter the park. Pass holders must provide their Interagency Annual or Lifetime pass for validation or will be required to pay the entrance fee. Be prepared to show photo ID.
Recreation.gov does not accept payment from foreign bank accounts or travelers’ checks.
Day users should leave food in their car with doors closed and food out of sight when hiking or away from vehicle. Not in pickup bed or strapped to outside of vehicle.
Garbage receptacles are located in every parking lot in Yosemite Valley.
